Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship orders within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed and shipped from our UK distribution partners (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD UK). We do not ship outside the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under £20: £5.95 shipping fee.
Orders over £20: Free shipping.
There are no hidden costs; all charges are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri).
Shipping time: 5–7 working days.
Total delivery time: 6–9 working days.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The authorised return address will be provided once your return request is approved. Please do not send packages to our company address without prior authorisation.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement free of charge.
