Yes, we offer free insured shipping for orders over €20. For orders under €20, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies.
How long does the shipping take?

Tracking
How can I track my order?

After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the shipping carrier and tracking number.Track your order: You can track your order through our website. Simply enter the tracking number in our tracking portal.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the courier, or defective in any other way.For change of mind: The actual return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. This applies when the customer orders the wrong product, the item doesn’t fit, or they no longer want it.
What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind after purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the delivery date, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately for instructions. Rory Eden will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement product or a refund.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs, making sure you receive the correct item.
What if my product never arrived?

If your product never arrived, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
